A little bit about us
Company history
We have been established as a Quantity Surveying and Estimating service provider since late 2005, however only broadening our work-scope into the domestic market in 2009/2010, yet now feeling that this is perhaps our main area of expertise.
Since 2009/10 we have carried out numerous projects successfully for clients, predominantly in the North West of England, but have also carried out work as far afield as London and Devon.
Our team
Unlike many other estimating service providers, we are professional, qualified Quantity Surveyors and are able to use extensive knowledge of the industry to assist you and provide something really useful. Unlike other service providers, we don’t simply just send out your project to a database of builders – we are able to talk to and understand builders and work your project to a value that is fair giving you what we believe is the best value for money.
How are we so inexpensive?
We prefer to be referred to as inexpensive rather than cheap! As we don’t have an enormous team of staff, we don’t need to pay large office overheads (we always come to you rather than vice versa!) and as such we can afford to keep our costs really low. Low costs mean plenty of work. Plenty of work and satisfied customers means that we’re not greedy on individual schemes - keeping costs low for you.
